I love wine and food. This kind of love brought me to study and experience the nature and work of generations of people who had created them, and still do create them. I like to personally meet these people and to feel from them how their work, done with an infinite passion, creates things that we can enjoy in such a joyful way.

What is the point of these kinds of tours? With the trading and transport procedures nowadays you can have wine and food from Italy and Tuscany almost anywhere in the world (most of them anyway). But having a chat with a producer, a taste in the place where they actually make them, a trip to the wonderful areas where all these traditions are still going on- will give you a memory.

Next time you have a dinner, or a glass of wine, you will be able to appreciate it more (this is my feeling). So for this reason, I propose these tours.

I’ve prepared some examples of wine and food tours of Tuscany and also to other parts of Italy. But flexibility and the want to fulfill the requirements of the customer have guided me in these six years of professional work. The wine tours are related to the different areas of production. The food tours are more to visit the specific producer, so you will find an explanation of the product. The food tours could also be a nice way to integrate the cooking classes, that you can book with us (the ingredients are at the basis of the cousin, and see and understand how they make it will help you cook).

The wine and food tour of Italy is a kind of challenge. When I do not work these are my holidays, wine and food tasting out of Tuscany in some of the best areas of production. For somebody that shares my passion, I thought it would be nice to use my experience to enjoy not only Tuscany but other areas of excellence in producing the most famous and delectable kinds of wine and food.

I have only one recommendation if you come for this kind of tour, be prepared to meet a lot of nice people, see a lot of wonderful areas and landscapes, not to mention tasting a lot of amazing wine and food.
